If you reside outside of the United States, JANET MICHELLE ENTERPRISES is your data controller. By using the Site, US and EEA residents, other than German residents, expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, mobile telephone number, and/or physical contact information) about yourself. If you register for an account with us (including through third-party login credentials as described in 2 (c) below), you choose to give us your personal information and are not anonymous to us. You may also upload photographs for your account/profile. Personal information is only associated with your account/profile when you sign in as a registered user.

Comments

Media

    We may share the information we collect about you with the JANET MICHELLE ENTERPRISE , family, including JM DIGITAL MEDIA, JANET MICHELLE, FINDING MY HAPPY our affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as with third-party suppliers. The information may be disclosed to: (i) provide joint content and our services (e.g., registration, transactions, analytics and customer support); (ii) help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts, violations of our policies, fraud and/or data security breaches; and (iii) guide decisions about our, or a third-party’s products, sites, applications, services, tools and communications. Members of our  family will use this information to send you marketing communications and you will have the opportunity to opt-out in email communications.
  2. (b) Service Providers and Other Third-Parties:
    We may disclose your information to service providers under contract who help with our business operations (such as, but not limited to, fraud investigations, advertising, site analytics and operations.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
