2018 Golden Globe Awards: I’m Rooting for Everybody Black

Golden, Globe, Rooting, For, Everyone, Black, Issa, Rae, Get Out, Golden, Globe, AwardThe 2018 75th  Golden Globe Award Nominees were announced this morning and I’m rooting for everybody black! Issa Rae, darn near broke the internet when she uttered those words during her red carpet interview at the 69th Emmy Awards.

Issa said what most of us think when we watch those non BET award shows.  Award shows wouldn’t  be award shows without a bit of controversy. Earlier in the year,  there was some surrounding the fact that Jordan Peel’s “Get Out”, was placed in the “Motion picture, musical or comedy” category. Anyone that has watched the movie knows darn well that wasn’t a comedy or musical; but, I digress. Are you going to watch?
